Overview
The Foxboro FBM06 is a Pulse Input, 0-20 mA Output Interface Module that is part of the Foxboro I/A Series Distributed Control System (DCS). It is used to interface pulse input devices, such as vortex and turbine meters, solid state or electro-mechanical contacts, and other sensors with similar pulse outputs, to the DCS. The module converts the pulse inputs to a 0-20 mA analog output signal that can be used by other DCS components.
