Overview
The AB 1771-IXE is a thermocouple/millivolt input module that is part of the Allen-Bradley PLC-5 I/O system. It is used to measure and convert analog voltage signals from thermocouples and other millivolt sources into digital values that can be used by a PLC. The 1771-IXE can support up to 8 input channels and can be configured for a variety of thermocouple types and millivolt ranges.
