The AB 1734-FPD is a POINT I/O Field Power Distributor (FPD) module that provides 24V DC power to POINT I/O modules in a remote I/O application. The FPD distributes power from a single 24V DC power source to up to four branch circuits. Each branch circuit is protected by a fuse and can be individually isolated from the power source in case of a fault. The FPD is hot swappable, so it can be replaced without powering down the system. It is also DIN rail mountable for easy installation.
